Scope of Practice
WRIST

Wrist fractures and injuries to the ligaments in the wrist are treated both with surgical and non-surgical treatments where most appropriate. Evaluation of the inside structures in the wrist can be done with wrist arthroscopy. Arthroscopy is a procedure using narrow instruments placed through small holes in the wrist joint. The wrist bones and ligaments can be further assessed and treatment may be possible through these small incisions. Chronic wrist pain is also evaluated and treated.
